Recoverings’ reconstructed reproduction first edition dust jacket uses a hi-res photo of the actual J. Allen St. John wraparound cover painting, loaned from the Edgar Rice Burroughs, Inc. Collection in Tarzana, California, allowing the image to be printed in its original color. Promotional photo for the back flap is reconstructed from new hi-res dust jacket art. Text is reset, line for line and word for word, with the same typefaces used on the original.
